Get to know Eivind

A family man & entrepreneur who looks beyond the veil

I spent 40+ years finding my way in life, and have finally arrived home. So from this place, let me tell you a little about who I am, how I found my way and what I now offer.

From the 2019 Kings of the North retreat. Featured in a documentary televised to all of Norway.

My professional story

In 2009, I discovered Robert Moore’s work on the masculine archetypes. I fell in love, and started Masculinity-Movies.com, exploring the archetypes through popular movies.

Later, in 2014, in the middle of 5 year battle with chronic illness, I translated my movie work to a 3-month initiation intensive, where men like you traveled through a mythical world of allies and enemies, a metaphor for a real-life quest to Reclaim your Inner Throne.

Along the way, I have worked deeply with hundreds of men and superficially with thousands more, supporting 21st century men towards greater levels of thriving.

In 2021, I stopped hosting my initiation due to a deep reckoning with God, and am only now returning to my work with a whole new understanding of the ultimate importance of a living a life in full devotion to God.

My private story

I was born into an academic family in 1978, and found myself torn between opposites from an early age.

My parents had diverging value systems and as their son, I lived in the mostly unexpressed friction between their worldviews. Being their son taught me a lot about the challenges of relating across differences of opinion and oftentimes irreconcilable perspectives.

From an early age, I had a keen interest in fairy tales and mythology; particularly Greek, but also Norse. Tolkien also laid claims to my heart and imagination, and I naturally ended up playing role playing games on my computer.

When Reclaim your Inner Throne was met with unanimous praise, I felt less alone in the world.

The “otherworld” was thus present from an early age, and mythbeings occupied much space in my inner world.

I would soon move into pursuit of academic performance, yet by 18 years of age, I had largely abandoned the value system of my headmaster father.

I always felt I was “different”, struggled to fit into groups that gathered around certain limited ideas, and that lead to an always present background sense of loneliness (which has let go only recently).

Throughout my 20s and early 30s, after many years abroad, I became a devout Tibetan Buddhist, accumulated thousands of hours of meditation practice and precise control over my consciousness. This life ended when I finally realized I was running from the world and my culture, and needed to become way more grounded.

I took a keen interest in Jungian depth psychology and especially the work of Dr Robert Moore in the midst of my 5-year bout with chronic faituge, and I launched Reclaim your Inner Throne from that place, having no idea how it will be received, yet discovering soon enough that men praised it to high heavens.

When the Covid pandemic revealed profound evil in the world, I had a spiritual reckoning, and reluctantly concluded that we are in the midst of spiritual war with principalities of evil, as the end-game of an historical epoch.

For the last two years, I have been fully dedicated to understanding what is going on, ensuring that my work is not vulnerable to demonic possession, and to deepen in my relationship to God and Jesus Christ. Due to my Buddhist background, this is not always natural to me, but it is where my heart now belongs.

I proposed to Michelle in 2022, and in spring of 2023, we became parents to an adorable little boy.

In my day to day life, I experience high levels of thriving, and want to welcome as many men as I can into the wholesome lifestyle I now call my own.

That is the 5D man lifestyle, and you are warmly invited to participate.

Michelle, mere hours after the birth of our son.
